Founder and Director
Daragh started Radley Green in 2012 with his brother Conan after many years working for one of the world’s largest finance recruiters. Together, they decided there was another, more mature and ethical way of working and that they could disrupt the cookie-cutter approach which dominated the finance & accounting recruitment market in particular.
On a day-to-day basis, Daragh runs the business, motivates the team, trains the staff, and works on business development and securing great roles for fantastic candidates which, he says, ‘to this day is still what motivates me.’ As a recruiter, Daragh prides himself on an honest and ethical approach and believes this is paramount in providing a quality service to candidates and clients.
Outside of Radley Green, Daragh is an NZSIA level 2 qualified snowboard instructor, coaches youth Rugby, plays for his local Rugby team and is a Champion for St George’s Hospital in South London and has helped raise over £40000 for the Time for Change Appeal in the last 2 years.
