We are partnering with a high-growth FinTech business going through huge global growth and looking to bring its accounting and reporting fully in-house.
This role will report into the CFO and take ownership all financial systems, processes and reporting.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role offering the opportunity to design, implement and own finance systems, controls and processes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The role will pay £80k-£95k + bonus and an amazing opportunity to build out a function in a high, growth market leader.
This role is remote first and will require 1-2 days a month in London
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take full ownership of the finance / accounting systems and processes and act as a key partner to the business as it scales.

Key responsibilities include:
- Bringing all accounting and financial reporting in-house from external providers
- Owning month-end close, management accounts and financial reporting for all global entities - US, Europe and Asia
- Designing and implementing robust accounting processes, controls and policies
- Managing and developing all systems and processes around AP, AR, month end, year and financial reporting, management accounts, tax etc
- Selecting, implementing and optimising finance systems and tools
- Managing Transfer Pricing processes
- Acting as the main point of contact for auditors, tax advisors and other external partners
- Supporting strategic decision-making with insightful financial analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting and analysis to drive commercial decision making
- Building the foundations of a scalable finance function
- Leading on the automation of all finance processes
Candidates must have experience building out finance processes in a fast-growth business
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience building a finance function in scale-up or high-growth FinTech or SAAS environment
- Comfortable being hands-on while also thinking strategically
- Experience implementing finance systems and setting up processes from scratch
- Proactive, commercially minded and confident working closely with founders and senior stakeholders
