Senior Finance Business Partner – 12 month contract
Location: Central London Salary: £70k-£80k plus great benefits from day 1
  
Radley Green is working with an industry leader looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to drive financial management, control, and advisory support within a dynamic Business Unit. This is a high-impact role, partnering with commercial leads and project managers to influence financial decisions, challenge forecasts, and deliver real business value.
  
Please note - candidates must have previous Construction experience - specifically providing financial support to Commercial Leads on construction projects.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with commercial and project leads to drive performance and financial accountability.
• Provide robust financial insight, challenge budgets/forecasts, and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Oversee project financials, cost control, risk management, and compliance.
• Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Business Unit.
• Act as the finance lead, representing the unit in client queries, bids, and reviews.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across finance, commercial, and corporate services.

  
About You:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 5+ years’ experience.
• Strong track record in Finance Business Partnering and commercial finance.
• Skilled influencer with excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Comfortable with risk, ambiguity, and problem-solving through data.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Experience partnering non-finance on construction / engineering projects
