Radley Green is partnering with a growing, global tech firm that has recently been acquired by a private equity house and is undergoing a major finance transformation.
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support the FP&A Manager during this pivotal period. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This role will pay between £50k and £65k depending on how far you are along with your Qualifications - our client would consider someone at Finalist level up to 1 year post qualified but you must have FP&A experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the FP&A Manager to conduct in-depth analysis of the global cost base
- Partner with international Finance Directors to gain cost insights and ensure accurate cost allocation
- Support the Finance Business Partner in developing reports within a newly implemented ERP system-including reviewing financial models and building reports from the ground up
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both FP&A in a large business
- Advanced Excel and strong systems skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong academic background
