Senior Management Accountant

As the business continues to scale, we’re looking for a talented Management Accountant to support the Finance Director and take ownership of a wide variety of core finance responsibilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-territory environment and enjoys working across different teams and functions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Produce and analyse monthly management accounts for both group and subsidiary entities.
• Lead multi-currency P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
• Prepare and post journals including accruals, prepayments, and payroll.

Reconciliations & Cash Management

• Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations across various currencies.
• Prepare detailed cash flow projections and commission reports.

Audits, Operations & Compliance

• Support the preparation of audit files and required documentation.
• Liaise confidently with senior management and external stakeholders across multiple territories.
• Prepare legal and compliance documentation for new client onboarding.

Ledger Management & Process Improvement

• Oversee Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger activities.
• Work closely with the Finance Director to streamline processes and enhance financial controls.
