Radley Green is looking for an experienced and proactive
VP - US Tax to join a London-based tax team. This is a unique opportunity to be the
first dedicated US tax hire, working closely with the Group Head of Tax, to shape and manage the group's US tax function.
This role is a great mix of compliance, advisory, tech and transformation for this high-growth business.
This role will pay £90k-£105k plus 30-40% bonus and great benefits.
About the Role You'll take the lead on building out an in-house US Tax function and partner the broader Tax team and US based front office team.
The role will take the lead on all US corporate tax compliance, covering key areas such as federal and state corporate income taxes, sales and use tax, Forms 1099, E&P calculations, and K-1s. You'll also have the opportunity to broaden your expertise in investor-related matters such as PFIC analysis.

What You'll Do - Manage project to bring all US Tax processes and systems in-house - working with the internal Tax team and external advisors.
- Prepare complex US federal and state income tax returns
- Manage US sales and use tax filings
- Oversee the group's US tax footprint and proactively identify areas of risk
- Lead process improvements and implement best practices
- Manage US tax audits and liaise with external advisors as needed
- Deliver timely internal US tax reporting and respond to data requests
- Support new deal activity by ensuring all US tax compliance obligations are understood and addressed
- Working with the front office from an advisory perspective on all deals
- Working on tech, systems and process transformation
What We're Looking For - Solid experience in a US tax compliance role
- A strong foundation in US federal and state tax, with the drive to fill in knowledge gaps across state-specific rules as needed
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently
- Able to explain complex tax issues clearly and work with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills
- A relevant degree or qualification in Accounting or Taxation is beneficial
