Finance Manager

Radley Green is working with a growing business looking for a new Finance Manager.
 
The business is based in Central London and have been growing at a fantastic rate and are now looking for their new Finance Manager.
 
The role will report into the Finance Director in Switzerland run everything reporting related for the UK business of this international group.
 
This role is to start at the beginning / mid November latest.
 
The role will pay £70-£80k (doe) + bonus and great benefits depending on experience and the FD is looking for someone who can grow into the role and full training and development will be given.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Report into Finance Director and work with senior management team
• Own the preparation of monthly management accounts / financial statements and annual statutory accounts
• Ownership of full month-end process.
• Development of all finance systems and processes
• Be a key point of contact in the external audit process.
• Manage VAT and all tax processes.
• Work closely on the cashflow forecasting process.
• Develop Budgets whilst working across the business with Heads of Departments

 
Key Characteristics

• Qualified accountant
• Experience working in an SME environment
• The ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong systems experience
