Accounts Receivable Assistant - Private Equity-Backed, Multi-Site Business
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

The Role:
The business is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join its high-performing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys taking ownership of financial processes, maintaining accuracy, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing invoices, credit notes, payments, and refunds using the company's billing system
Acting as the primary finance contact for multiple sites across the UK and Europe
Performing daily bank reconciliations and monthly AR ledger reconciliations
Maintaining and reconciling other GL accounts (e.g. member deposits, other debtors)
Supporting month-end processes and the preparation of management accounts
Producing weekly Aged Debt reports and collaborating with operations to manage working capital
Assisting the senior finance team in preparing information for statutory audits
Success in this role will be measured by:
Clear and proactive communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintaining an accurate and well-managed AR ledger
Taking ownership of tasks and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Supporting team objectives and delivering work to deadlines
Building strong relationships with operations teams and senior stakeholders
