Preparing for your job searchPreparation is key and will often determine the outcome of your job search. We have identified below some key points to bear in mind prior to commencing your job search but call your Radley Green consultant should you require any further information. Always consider the factors that are pushing you towards making a change and what your motivation is for doing so. For instance have you reached a ceiling at your company and now lack room for progression? Are you being paid below market rate for your role or level? Has the role become monotonous or is it out of sync with your career aspirations. In addition to this you will need to consider what you have gained from your current role, how and where you would like to go with your career, your salary expectations and what your strengths and weaknesses are. You may find that you are able to assess your own skills and experience and determine all of this before meeting with us or you may find that you need some impartial advice.
